The evolution of Aqua Products has lead ACM into the commercialization of water-soluble mandrels used for the production of complex hollow composite parts. The Fastcore & Rapidcore processes allow customers to provide CAD drawings to ACM engineers, for the manufacture of disposable water soluble mandrels. The water-soluble mandrels are environmentally friendly, with ceramic sediment being the only result from washout. ACM can provide several levels of solutions to clients; from raw materials that can be cast into mandrels, to mandrels shaped to the customer‘s required tolerances, or finished composite parts
