Rapid Prototyping
ACM utilizes is patented water soluble tooling materials and processes them inside its RP platform. This allows parts to effectively be machined directly from a CAD file without the need for hard tooling which speeds manufacturing. Using ACM’s custom platform, high tolerance mandrel can be formed quickly.
Contract Production
ACM or the customer builds a hard aluminum tool designed for serial production. We regularly exceed build volumes by bonding segments together to work more quickly and efficiently.
Key Attributes:
- Short lead times: 1-3 weeks (Typically depending on size and complexity)
- Build size: ~60”x60”x24” (L x W x Ht)***
- Customers only need to send a part/mandrel CAD file
