RTMCore
RTM Core technology is the 1st soluble tooling system created for resin infusion processes.RTM processes can subject mandrels/cores to hot, high pressure resin. This can crush, deform, or infuse foam cores with resin under these conditions. RTM Core has a high strength, impermeable surface that withstands these conditions yet can be removed with tap water. Its unique properties allow it to be formed with heat and pressure (no drying required!). It is available in block form and can be machined or sanded to a smooth surface finish.
